Japanese mandoline slicer/ shredder that comes with 3 sizes of knife quality interchangeable shredding blades and handy finger guard. The razor sharp slicing blade is adjustable to make paper thin slices or matchstick shreds. Easy to follow instructions included.

We've sold hundreds of these Benriner Japanese Mandolines to professional and home cooks. Measures 12 1/4 by 3 1/2 inches. The inner slicing area is 2 1/2 inches across with a 3 1/2 inch blade that runs on a diagonal angle. (Easily comparable to the $200 French Mandoline except does not do waffle cut.)
