Benriner Turning Slicer

Versatile benriner machine can make three sizes of vegetable "pasta." This turning slicer is nicknamed "The Green Machine" and is used by chefs and restaurants around the country to make perfect continual strands of vegetables...now you know their secret and can do it too!

The shredding blades make continual fine angel hair width shreds, spaghetti sized shreds or thin french fry sized shreds. Remove the shredding blade and make cucumber curls or white onion curls!

For best results, use room tempurature vegetables.
