Benriner Mandoline Slicer with Box Tray

Benriner Mandoline slicer, shredder from Japan. Each mandoline comes with 3 sizes of knife quality interchangeable shredding blades and handy finger guard.

The shredding blades make fine toothpick width shreds, spaghetti sized shreds or thin french fry sized shreds.

The razor sharp slicing blade is ajustable to make paper thin slices or matchstick shreds. Easy to follow instructions included. For the professional and home cook.

The outside size of the mandoline not including the catch tray is 12 1/4 by 3 1/2 inches. The inner cutting surface (not including the catch tray) measures 2 1/2 inches across and the diagonal sitting blade measures 3 1/2 inches long.

The catch tray is about 2 inches deep and also has 2 grades of grating teeth on the inside of the box for grating daikon or ginger root and more! The mandoline fits on top to neatly catch your sliced or shredded vegetables.
